It’s been 4 months working with iXceed and it’s been really great journey so far. Happy with the team and manager. Everyone is so supportive and I have learnt so many things. Working culture is also great with good work life balance and training every Thursday. Fun celebrations like Bollywood night and movie nights etc every month .

No dislikes as of now I see here . In fact I learn so many things here.

Likes

Changing careers from international callings to recruitment sector is one of my best decision. The team is really supportive. Other than salary you also receive lucrative incentives which is more than I expect. Salary is always on time. Fun Fridays and celebrations are the best part at iXceed.

Dislikes

There's no dislikeness. Everyday is a new learning and growing chance is good here.

It's great. I never feel pressure working. Even whatever we do it can be seen and there's no one between who takes your credit.

Everything is new challenge here. Managers are supportive and helpful. Thursday training help us to know more about recruitment industry and even sometimes give us immense knowledge and insights of things which we neglected in our initial days. Fun Friday every month give us good recharge.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
