For starting a career as a fresher this is a very good company.. knowledgeable people are there ready to share any time their wisdom. But work life balance is a big question? The company leadership itself is not concerned about the balance and health/personal care of their employees..

Pointing out fingers whenever their is a situation arising.. people want some one else take responsibility so that they will not take ownership but they ll ask questions if the responsible person is taking some risk also.. its better to go with the flow even if the company does some mistakes also.. coz u ll not have blame at the endof the day.. answer only when someone has pointed you else dont care.....Read More

work work work.. there should nt be a life for the person who is working in ivy mobility. not necessry for all person this applies, but the company do knows that many of their employees run away due to this reason only. attrition is the proof

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
