I feel glad while working in micu and my team leaders Dr. Rajiv. Big exposure to perform well or more. Collques are humble, supporter.WE work in team not single. I feel secure while work.

Each coin has phases we can't ignore it. When you work anywhere we face some problems but not a hurassment. Who is mentally healthy worker he/she knows how to mold the situation. Does not require scariness from anything anyone. When you honest, dedicated ,humble or punctual. So be breave. And join any branch or any hospital if u want stand own feets.

very long working hours, salary is a big problem here, no job security at all, the worst hospital to work in Tricity, no career growth, no appraisals, no work ethics, no standards of work, third class.
