Very few consultants.. to name them Dr. Ravi (cardiologist) and Dr. Tirath (general physician). They are amplifiers to your knowledge, skill and patient management. The whole experience working there was fruitful just because of them.

Terrible management, forget appraisals no appreciation or motivation, nil on being innovative, useless HR team, work Unequals your pay. The whole longevity to work here depends upon your political as well as overfriendly relations to the team of employers. Nobody is keen to teach the young upcoming mbbs(only if they hire any,else bams does your work) I just feel the only gain i had there in Hoshiarpur branch was what i learnt from two gurus....Read More
