Ivy Nawanshahr at present only money making unit the management leas borther about, his / her cometmants,quality & patients care they only focus on cost cutting and revaneun either focus on patients care, hospitality and social image. Working with ivy hospital Nawanshahr last 3 years was mentally troma, like working under the mentally sick management

They are not willing to continue skilled experienced, honest employees
