Reputed company. Credentials of the company is very impressive.

Dislikes

Company is heavily in debt. No money to execute new projects as well as existing projects. Management is worse. Old people who were working for the company for long time still sitting in office and wasting company resources and wasting the new talents.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
