The company is well reputed in infrastructure. It has undertaken many mile stone projects in India. Working with IVRCL is given me immense work satisfaction. During my tenure as Assistant Manager-Legal the management has given ample chances to prove my ability. Therefore I could able to deliver my the best to the management. The Company has good work culture.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
