Product-Software-Technical Team 1) No product culture. Lets do Project Management but for products. 2) No structure in terms of task distribution & product development. CEO is sole deciding person. 3) Make people work, micromanage them for coffee/washroom breaks. Consider your Saturday are gone, Sundays as well cause projects are d elayed anyway so we come to office and work.
