Feels like a we'll set product based form but lacks vision, technical growth and the exposure to technology in market. Still running of their pre-assumed notion that they are best. The management is enjoying the most from lack of policies. Some managers are undeserving and wrong fit for the company. If you are not very lucky like me, you might land up working under them and adding plaque to your daily life and career. You can join if you want to have fancy benefits and chill but definitely not the place to learn, develop you personal career. Not sure how many years they survive in market if goes like this.
