Dislikes

I do receive appreciation from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisal. Also, there is no on job training for fresher, hence senior like me have to guide them which is painful sometime.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire academic and campus activities as well as manage day to day Operation.
