The work culture is poor. They unnecessary confine the employees after working hours. They don't follow government holiday directions. They do not appreciate good work. They have less faculties than required number and over burden the existing ones, by doing so they violate the guidelines of UGC.

First thing they never provide salary on time.usually hold more than 3 to 4 months. Nobody knows when salary will come in this company. Most of the time they will assign work you on holiday. Poor leadership and management. Extra working hours. TRY to find different organisations if you looking for to join
