While salary increments weren't significant, I was able to manage and secure a good hike. One drawback I experienced was the management changes, which resulted in a shift of power away from us, limiting our ability to make decisions based on our expertise. You are asked to work with complete freedom. There is a very nice positive atmosphere for the employees and the management cares about the welfare of the employees.

All the people know how digital works They have tested all the methods in their book It is purely performance based as they are surviving on it Staff and seniors are friendly
