I enjoyed my tenure at ITILITE thoroughly, It felt like a team and culture and aggressive and too fast-paced, but it made me learn and grow professionally.

Dislikes

It was well when we started here, the team was well, we got to learn so much more, now it's just getting so unrealistic day by day, it's getting difficult to keep up with. No job security nothing, there is always a sword hanging on you. You can go fast for a shorter period of time but you cannot go far. For me beyond a point, it was just plain exhausting.

Over the past 5 years of my corporate life, ITILITE has been one of those companies with the best work culture and leadership. Here no one is considered senior or junior as everyone is friends with everyone. The work culture is very friendly in the sense that people are extremely helpful and no one denies helping you out. The leadership should recognize more employees for their work and trust their employees with regard to work. The promotion and increment must be improved. The leadership and HRs must try and retain top talent if they are planning to move on.

There is nothing to like about. Its a startup with no long term vision, employee growth or satisfaction. Extremely intrusive and policing of employee activities.

No work ethic, extreme level of supervision with folks with handful of years of experience managing tenured professionals. No chance of growth.

Some of the new people in the leaderships are terrible they will take irrational decisions and don't know about how to convey things in the teams specially in the Engineering Department. And yes lay off often happens here, and with that pressure you have to work and your performance takes no consideration here when lay off happens.But yes, you will get some consideration if you are from one particular state you will know what i am talking about if you know most of the engineering leadership are from which state....Read More
