1. So many internal politics and less growth. Managers will only listen to leads. They will not care about developers. 2. If one is not a pet to a lead, leads will project all negative to higher managemet though you are talented. One's talent will be suppressed by leads. 3. No Work-life balance, no job security. No professional behav ior. 4. Management does not care about MD vision and mission, concentrate on politics. 5. Not even one month notice period.
