Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. There is nothing likeable in this company. Its full of politics and feels like a daily soap running for the entertainment of the CEO and HR Head. They only care about how much sales the representatives are getting, no work life balance or benefits are available.

This is one of the worst place you shall end up joining if you ever get trapped. The office politics are extreme, there is no focus on employee well being and they (CEO -along with his favs) will always be judging you. It is not a good place especially for females as what you wear, how you look , whom you talk to in office, everything is noticed and discussed among these people. The CEO is just filling his pocket for his luxurious life and does not care about the employees letting him make this money. He is a big time demeaner and rude as well.
