There is nothing likeable in this company, it feels like a circus !!! Owner is only making fool of employees and filling his pocket. No work culture is there.

This company hires you giving reference of Alibaba, whereas they are only channel partner and not a direct part of alibaba. They fool job seekers and freshers from college. The salary they provide is below market standards and HR here is useless, they both only know how to talk behind every employee to owner and demotivate everyone. I have never faced such partiality, owner does not care about employee well being, he will only brag about profit and not give salary as per commitment during hiring. He is just making his own bank balance and bragging to everyone. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to do good in career. They hire people on US profile and brag, there is not even 1% of work ethic of Alibaba !!...Read More

There is nothing likeable in this company. Its full of politics and feels like a daily soap running for the entertainment of the CEO and HR Head. They only care about how much sales the representatives are getting, no work life balance or benefits are available.

This is one of the worst place you shall end up joining if you ever get trapped. The office politics are extreme, there is no focus on employee well being and they (CEO -along with his favs) will always be judging you. It is not a good place especially for females as what you wear, how you look , whom you talk to in office, everything is noticed and discussed among these people. The CEO is just filling his pocket for his luxurious life and does not care about the employees letting him make this money. He is a big time demeaner and rude as well.
