If you want only money not life then you can join.

Working hours is too. Daily 12 hr + working hours and also if your accomodation is a bit away from site then add 1.5 hrs more with duty time . You will not get any personal time for you. Only you are bound to the company. No life is there . Better do something else rather than joining construction companies.

Salary is on time at the every month end. Company is concerned about quality and safety of the work.

Salary scale is not revised yet, employee who have been working in the company for many years. Most of the hard working staffs are not getting the reward what's they deserve. Promotion and the increment of the employee depends on how good relation to the project incharge and higher authorities in company. Company is not providing skill development training to the employees. So learning and skill development in this is limited. You can't expect promotion or good increment on basis of hard work or how good job is done by you. Dirty politics is happened between the employee.
