Poor management, Micromanagers in all levels of management, steals credit of deserving people and paises the bootlickers. Promotions are only based on behavior (how often you hangout with managers after office hours). Almost every other manager has an affair within the team and that's what affecting team morale, unity and work environment. Over a period of time remuneration is very low as compared to market. Around 8-10 years back company was a pay master, this has significantly affected the quality of work force, standards and services.
