I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Growth for other than CA rank holder is stagnant after few years , at the beginning of the month due to books closing no leave on week ends even for Govt holiday like May 1 ,Oct 2 , year on year increment is so low , it will not match regular inflation
