Nothing much to say ... Only work life balance is there ... Other aspects are not worth mentioning.

Dislikes

Lowest payment as far a what ITC claims to one of the Biggest FMCG businesses. Work culture is pethatic, some of the competition run by the management are still due to be cleared even after a year of those being over. Lots of politics and favourism is there. No credit given to you for your work. Typically a company with big name, work for a year or two then move on.

Work Details

Target pressure is there but on holidays and after 7 you will typically not get calls from your superiors. But overall not a company to work for a long time...if you want to make a career..
