Gotta be proactive about taking advantage of the training. A tip for me : Don't be shy ask your manager what you need for skill development. It will be great your professional development.

Project managers ..are liability...who drag resources.. From skilled to non skilled by the time you complete project Most managers dnt have logical reasoning or sense to manage time and enhance efficiency to work within work hours ie...9 hours per day

We have many trainings and personal trainings. We can purchase and claim ITC products

There is no much project's from ITC infotech and they are giving clients . we should go and work in the client location. For women's its bit difficult. if there are no projects allocated within 2 months, they are asking to relive and 10 days asked us to relieve.
