It all depends upon the team you get to work with and culture within also the clients to whom you work with.

Dislikes

No proper communication on Appraisal and even though the company is making good profits employees are not getting enough hikes. This is applicable widely across all the departments in ITC Infotech.

It all depends upon the Project which you are into and team which you get. For me both in terms of Project as well as Team is really great. Getting to learn more things on the Project. Also the working condition purely depends on your Manager. Currently the company is offering hybrid i.e. 3 days wfo.

Dislikes

Hikes and Appraisal should be based on the Project. As right now what I could see is the hikes are not that good enough.

The new MD is really changing the company's culture and now the top management is actually driving the change , revenue being stable and bonus and perks are decent enough. Hope to see lot of automation being done

Dislikes

If you are a campus batch students you will be trained for BA but you never know to which designation you will be put . Lack of demand and supply match .some of us were put to sales enablement having BA as a designation . Some projects doesn't have work at all, whereas some have got lot ,hence ask the recruiter about whether its a internal or billable project before you join

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
