ITC Limited ABD ILTD is the one of best company in India. It is one of division of ITC. I am working as a electrical supervisor in this company. 100% job security. Here three unions are there, so no bother about job security. Good welfare schemes are provided by company. Salaries are good as compared to other private sectors.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
