I like the fact that I'm able to take my own decisions. Work culture is pretty chilled. Due to covid there was a deduction of salary in March, no salary paid in April & May at all. From June onwards the deductions are at 50%

Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Family business. Company policies are rigid & not employee friendly. Monthly conveyance comes after 3 months.

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

The job is interesting & respectable. They have a monopolised product. So little or no competition for marketing & sales.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
