They want us to come early but they want us to stay more than 9 hrs No overtime charges No respect No office boy that work also we must do No increament No bonus Lack of employees in other branches Salary process is 15 to 16 thatalso not credited in next month 1st they will take another 10 more days Managing Directors all are head waited person This is not structured organization They will make rules newly for every day Because this is unstructured organization No pay slip for employees Work pressure They need us to do all work including from sweeping,electrician,labour working but they can't give that much salary .
