I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Work, life balance is good in my case due to client only.

I left organization 67 days ago with proper notice period and completed all my pending task and handover knowledge is properly transfer to new resource. Client appreciate my work and service but due to inefficiency and lazy attitude of back office team. My F&F is still pending after 70 days which was expected to be completed in 45 days.
