ISS is a good company, I feel that in Hyderabad we are not getting all benefits. I feel that Back office staff related to payroll and HR not perform good. Ex:- one of the pantry boy didn't get his full salary almost 3 months, I dropped a mail to HR and payroll team they didn't respond properly and they took almost another 2-3monthsto resolve that to he didn't get his full arrears. I am thinking that in Hyderabad, back office staff damaging ISS brand because they took almost 10 months for providing uniform and shoes for HK staff and pantry boys. So many examples like this....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
