I was so excited and glad to Work with ISS Facility services.. through out of the One Month I joined Here in Raheja Mind space from Hyderabad..i knowing each and every ethics and efforts How I was being a good employer in My duty place. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
