Work, life balance is good in my case due to client only.

Dislikes

I left organization 67 days ago with proper notice period and completed all my pending task and handover knowledge is properly transfer to new resource. Client appreciate my work and service but due to inefficiency and lazy attitude of back office team. My F&F is still pending after 70 days which was expected to be completed in 45 days.

Each and very department heads have to work progressively for organisation health wealth but I couldn't see such way and getting more benefits in HOD's above ,no one bother about bottom people who work honestly and not getting and promotion because HOD's initiations very less.
