No systems and processes due to which there is no work life balance. Working here seems great on the outside due to their amazing marketing but reality differs. It largely lacks systems and is also poor on the compensation front, management bluntly say statements such as "any employee can be replaced" and they live by this. My work included procuring materials for their various construction sites in Goa and Coonoor, I also looked after their logistics to various sites. I had to time and again re negotiate rates with various vendors and generate purchase orders.
