Likes

Management is transparent. Job security is fair. Canteen and club facilities are good. Free hand for decision and have work freedom. Skilled technicians.

Dislikes

Less manpower for work. Career growth is enough slow. No appraisal and salary increment on time.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. My colleague and superior were assisting me at every point of work. Technicians were quite skilful but they were not delivering constant performance. Many times I had faced difficulty in procurement of items. Lead time high.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

ISMT Limited is a steel plant specially known for Alloy steel. All the superior and subordinate here cooperative and good, as a career growth point of you this plant is situated at 1993 and all the equipments and machines got aged. Working culture and sellers structure is also good.
