I didn't liked anything happened internally there. They just try to hide the genuine reason my signing a agreement not to say anything about it to the public or they will take legal action during the exit formalities.

Dislikes

My overall Experience working here was poor. Being working in the HR team, i have seen poor management, behaving bad with the employee, no proper induction of new employees here. Biased towards few employees. At The time full and final settlement they are playing game. They make fun of others genuine reason for taking leave.

It has been a good journey working here so far. The learning opportunities are immense both through training and practical projects. I am glad I got to work with senior experts in the field. They taught me a lot and helped me understand everything. Personally, I believe you can learn a lot here.. it's never boring.

At times, the workload can pile up, and you have to get things done quickly.

Working with various fintechs and banks has improved my knowledge and been good for my overall career. As for growth opportunities, it is fair here. Promotions are based on skills and performance, so you know if you work hard, you will get rewarded for it. I was also fresher when I started, and now, just two years later, I am a TL.

Sometimes you might be asked to put in some overtime, which is pretty normal in our line of work.

Nothing to like in this company ,Very cruel Hr people, Fake commitment.

Dislikes

Fake commitment , Cruel Hr team, They should have sacked from company. Putting Bond for all the employee , privately ,and taking sign by saying this is just joining formalities. Think 10000 times before you join, Don't spoil your career.

I have been part of this team for four years and my experience till now has been fantastic! There is great exposure to diverse industries and do quality work. Lot of learning about business, products and skill development. Work culture is also nice, everyone is friendly and top management is very supportive.

Dislikes

They offer remote work when needed but communication is tough as everyone remains busy with their own schedule.

the employees they work really hard , make everything possible and put their to the utmost, not like other sales team, Product team is highly productive, interesting projects etc.

the HR operations its high time management should hired a highly experienced HR guys . the present team has no basic etiquettes .
