It's a Terrible company I ever worked with. There is no HR policy, no job security, no Benifit, no Career growth. Just doing fraud with employees. If you want to waste your time then only join this company. They are just looting employees money, hopes and time as well. First they request to join then they give you reason for leaving. And if you leave and signed any bond then guys be careful because you will not get your money which will be Deducted from your salary. So simply you will have to work Hard and will be paid less. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
