Less Leaves, Your job is secure as long as you are billable. Once on bench you have to try to get billable soon or look outside, Manager just to boasts himself comes up with some absurd proposal and make it goals for everyone to achieve and term it as lenient, Slow growth and no senior with high technical knowledge(in my project) on client side. You have to get everything done by your own research and come up with your own idea.
