I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Although the payment tenure is very delayed from accounts and management but all resigned employees got their payment.

Dislikes

Iris is running with Babu culture. Neither good hr policies running over nor good environment is there. Their is only one policy is running that is “no policy”
