It is very good for freshers and a lot to learn but the promotion is solely depends upon manager's wish and not skill level

The HR are not helpful and are mostly on leave , some managers are fan of micromanagement but does not lead to any difference in productivity just increases toxicity in the work culture

Anish has made Iresearch another XDBS, need better management we employees have to rotate shift daily. Extensions are told last minute & no realistic incentive structure
