IRCLASS management is very poor.New management comes and no any technical competency looking for engineer ,less salary and giving more work , no any benefits given.Boss selected person only promotions and hard working engineer is not having promotion and dislike by the management. Hr department is very strong.HR is saying same management is accepting ,Technical competency no any values.
