They don't have permission for PF trust. But they put pension contribution in PF account and Employee and Employer share in their own trust (unexempted as per EPFO). When you withdraw Pension contribution or transfer it to new employer, EPFO will reject your claim saying Employee share and Employer share is missing. Did not give introduction about company policy or attendance/leave system did not know that present day attendance count or leave-Not had any digital platform ,if company had only for income tax declaration forms.
