Teammates were very good and the only positive point in IMS Health.

Dislikes

1) There is no job security and hire and fire policy is being followed there. 2) Clients are pathetic and don't have idea of how outsourcing model works. 3) There is no career path or planning concept there. 4 ) Work environment reminds of some Indian manufacturing company!! 5) HR is non-existent and pathetic to say the least.. They listen and follow what ops managers tell them. 6) No work from home culture. No training culture. My sincere request...please don't join this organisation else you will spoil your career....Read More
