When I joined that time i was Freshers. So I learnt a lot of skills and. There is a good opportunity for as fresher you can explore your carrier as well as me. And I have worked 2 years in IQTEK. So overall it's good for Freshers where you can improve your skill and gain much work experience.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

There is no extra activities. And this company is best for entry level bcz there is no growth in salary at experience level.

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

There is good employees and having work more challenging work. There is work as team members and very talented employees where we can work as team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
