It has a very comfortable working environment with open and transparent communication between members of the school. Teachers are collaborative and approachable for any queries.

Dislikes

Salaries are lower than other international schools in Bangalore, and benefits are limited as per my experience.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got many chance to represent myself, my skills and many more.

Work ethics who are actually want to be the real subject teachers they can only survive. They are friendly for the dedicated hard working teachers.

They do not support in lockdown. They also working in lockdown. I have been working from but they are not satisfied.

Dislikes

Do not waste your time working. Anytime they will tell you there is no need of you in the company. The rules are very bad. They decuduct 3 day salary for 1 day after informing them in advance. There are many other rules you can't work freely there.
