Lack of patient and pharmacy supplies. Accounts, and academic dept are the worst to deal with. Middle management is very bad.

Patients are cool. Not demanding at all. Doctors are also cool.

Salary never in time, some time 2-3 month lagging. ( last 2-3 yr treads) Forget about growth and increments. No job security . No in service training. Horrible attitude of HR department towards its own staff/doctors.
