They don't have good staff retaining policy. Hr policies changes recurrent. The biggest problem to survive in iq city is delayed payment.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Ensure the safety and needful facility of all nursing students. Regular visit the canteen at the time of students meal. IiesTaking care of all the hostel properties. Maintain the discipline of students in the hostel etc.
