HR department not considering the workers health.. 1. If they decided means ask us to relieve immediately. 2. If we ask for some health issues then they will talk about company policy. 3. Company policy is for all the times remains same please monitor that.

IQ Backoffice is really a good place to growth your carrier and more opportunities to improve their skills on the process. Work infrastructure is good. No work pressure. TL and DM's are very friendly to all associates.

Dislikes

Salary structure and appraisal. Break hours needs to be improve. Need to concentrate on employees satisfaction level.

I was worked in a restaurant client. There is nothing challenging thing in the work. Its simply looks like a data entry job. After being worked about two and half years there is no recognition from the company. So I quit.
