I would like to say that everything is well done in my company about all. It is a Jarman company. There are two branch In our country. It is a furnace manufacturing company (Atmosphere furnace and vacume furnace).

Personal technical skill development is excellent but management is very bad and very low salary. Also Most of the senior employees are useless because they're in the company for a long time so behaviour lot more personal than professional.
