Field team doesnt have the health or life insurance other then only accidental insurance of the employee also the hiring process is very slow.

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.
