With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Company got recently acquired. So, the review itself will not make any importance. But most of the people from the higher management is retained. And hence, the bootlicker culture is mostly going to get continued. Zero training. job security is based on how good you are with the people in higher position. Career opportunities are very negligible.

Dislikes

If you are good with people who are at the decision making board, then this is the company for you. There is no respect for an individuals talent and hard work. If there is any layoffs, the higher management will try to safeguard their compatriots irrespective of their usefulness instead of people who are valuable for the team.
