There lot of mood swings of MD. There is no work life balance. Harsh language used by seniors. There is no job guarantee.

IOS Relocations is a fab place to work in. I have been here for 6 years and loved every minute of it. Great learning to be done under the leadership of the proprietor and MD, Mrs. Lata Patel who spends a lot of personal time investing and training each team member. I will miss working at IOS and it has been great learning in career path.

Salary was good.

Hectic work life and no ME time. Even working 24/7 is less. Management is pathetic. No learning in this industry. No facilities provided by the company. No incentives to motivate employees.

Working with IOS relocations since last 3years. A great place to work with personal upgradation, learning new skills. The Management is so supportive and also takes feedback on the Keys points. Employee engagement activities are conducted, also taken care for the mental wellness of the employee and had some sessions on the same so we can have work life balance.

The fact that 2nd and 4th Saturdays were an off and the other saturdays were "WFH". It provided great ease and comfort to the employees

Dislikes

The toxic culture at work was damaging to the overall work experience for the employees. MD had mood swings that were completely out of control. Employees worked in fear of said mood swings The management consisted of 3 people - MD, CEO, Head HR and all three of these people loved playing mind games with employees and gatekept important information.
