Friendly colleagues. There is a lot to learn. Everyday work is challenging and interesting.

Dislikes

No appraisals since 2 years. No timely salary sometime skips a month. No new projects since 1.5 years . HR management is very bad and aggressive. Because of these scenarios over half of the company employees have been layoff. There is no job security. Some people work day and night with no recognition and some people getting awards for doing nothing. The company is in life support, if you want to join this company better search a stable company which guarantees you at least 2 years of work. This company offer you permanent employment but layoff even in 6-7 months, it does not matter how much effort you have given in ongoing projects project manager and admin never value your identity. The company is steadily expanding into various product categories and geographical areas and so there is a lot of scope for internal growth if you work hard and smart and do things right.
