Good to gain PaloAlto knowledge.

Dislikes

Imposes a useless training bond which is actually to make sure that the person does not leave them after experiencing the worst environment in IT industry. No option to add Mediclaim benefits for Parents. Work culture is toxic as the management hardly understands or even doesn't dare to listen to employees' concerns</mark>. No reimbursements for the Internet, Phone bills. About the Appraisals, they make sure they are the worst. Appraisals are always delayed no matter what. Management plays pity blame games. Relieving letter is provided after 6 months - 1 year after the employee leaving the company in most cases, if not all....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
